Try these ideas.
I have a business card that is also a play dough recipe. It is about 4 inches by 5 1/2 inches. You can see it by clicking here. I have printed it on brightly colored paper with all of my contact information at the bottom. Everywhere I leave them they have trouble keeping them in stock, because they go quickly.
Make some of your own up using your favorite play dough, paint or other recipe. Leave them at churches, schools, libraries and even the grocery store. Have your current clients take them to work and places around their neighborhoods. You will have those open spaces filled in no time.
