Materials:
One skien of sugar and cream or peaches and cream worsted wieght cotton
Size H crochet hook
One elastic hair band (the larger sized ones, not the small ones)
Instructions:
SC around hairband 45 times, join with slip stitch in first SC. CH 2 and turn. DC in each SC, join in first DC. CH 1 and turn. SC in each DC, join in first SC. CH2 and turn. DC in each SC, join in first DC. CH 2 and turn. DC in next 13 DC. CH 1 and turn. SC in same stitch as CH 1, SC in next 12 DC, 2 SC in next DC. Ch 2 and turn. *DC in same stitch and CH 2, DC across, 2 DC in last SC. Ch 1 and turn. SC in same stitch and CH 1, SC across, 2 SC in last DC. CH 2 and turn. Repeat from * 7 times. DC across, CH 2 and turn.DC across, CH 1 and turn. SC across bottom, up sides and around piece. Add 13 inch CH stitch ties at about 2/3 up from bottom edge.
