Materials:
Lion Brand Wool-Ease Worsted Weight Yarn

Gauge:
16 st x 24 r = 4 inches

Instructions:
Cast 30 stitches with a closed edge cast on….Knit 2 rows….Mark 4th stitch on either side of center with waste yarn …Do Not Remove From Needles!…..Knit 4 rows…….*Using two three prong transfer tools remove three stitches on either side of center to tools….Put the three stitches that were on the right, on the left-hand-side three needles…..Place the stitches from the left, onto the empty needles on the right……Using a latch tool, start at the stitch on waste yarn, convert the fourth stitch up to where you just transferred the stitches for your cable…..Knit the next row slowly with the stitches in the middle in forward working position….Make sure all latches are open before you knit the row or you will drop stitches!…..Knit 3 more rows……. Repeat from * to row 46, this row should be the last time you transfer stitches….Knit 4 rows…. Using a latch tool convert the fourth stitch up to this row….Knit two more rows and bind off….52 rows total…..Sew side seams…..Single crochet around the upper edge, making sure to add a crochet chain loop for a button…..Braid together 6 to 8 three-foot strands of yarn and sew to sides for strap…..Sew on button …...Block and enjoy!
