Ingredients:
flour tortillas
cream cheese
luncheon meat, ham, salami or roast beef work well
chopped green onions
diced red bell pepper
lettuce
Instructions: Place one tortilla on cutting board and spread entire tortilla with a thin layer of cream cheese. Place a single layer thickness of lettuce over 2/3 of tortilla. Next spread tortilla with the meat of your choice being careful to stay on top of lettuce. Sprinkle meat with onion and bell pepper. Place tortilla with the side with only the cream cheese on in away from you. Roll tortilla up, in jelly roll fashion, starting from the meat side going towards the cheese side. The cheese will help stick the whole thing together. Slice roll into 1/2 inch pieces and serve. You may need to use tooth picks to hold it togehter while you slice it.
