Cut the back pockets from an old pair of jeans making sure the leave the pocket attached to the back fabric. Cut the pocket with 1/2 inch of fabric around all the sides and the top. Fold the top down, towards the outside of the pocket, to even with the pocket top and glue using fabric glue. You may want to keep this down with clothes pins while you go on to the next step. Pick a two to three foot length of trim for the strap and glue to the top outer corners, anchor with clothes pins until dry. Have the children decorate the out side of the pocket with the various ribbons, trims, roses and what ever else you have. Glue these down with fabric glue. After all is dry, trim excess fabric, and any trim, that hang over the two sides and the bottom of your purse. Enjoy!
