Instructions:
Cut 28, 35 pieces of fringe 20 inches long from first skein....set aside....
CH 28, (35)....Join last ch to beginning ch to form loop.....ch 3....Dc, ch
1 in every ch around.....Join in 2nd ch of beginning ch 3....ch 4, 5....sc in
first ch 1 space....repeat around....join in beginning ch 4, 5.....repeat this
row one more making sure to sc in the ch 4, 5 spaces.....* ch 3, 4........ SC
in the first ch 4, 5 space....repeat around....Repeat from * until you run of
of yarn.......join to first chain in beginning ch 4...
Fringe.......Attach fringe to each loop formed by the ch 4 spaces.....take half of each piece of fringe and tie it to it's neighboring piece of fring to form and cute pattern as shown in the photo....you can bead the fringe too if you want...
